El yoga me enseñó a mirar hacia adentro: a sentir antes de entender, a escucharme y a dejar de taparme lo que no quería ver.
Yoga taught me to look inward: to feel before understanding, to listen to myself and to stop covering up what I didn't want to see.
De esa práctica nació Niyat, mi estudio de yoga: clases presenciales en Monterrey y en línea desde donde estés.
Out of that practice came Niyat, my yoga studio: in-person classes in Monterrey and online from wherever you are.
